THE VOICE OF THE LEARNER

COMMVAULT TRAINING ENHANCES PRODUCTIVITY

Commvault Training Increases Productivity

Get the most out of your Commvault platform with Commvault Training

At Commvault, we’re always working at ways to make our software more useful to our customers, continually building in new features and functionality that can help them meet the changing needs of their businesses.

In order to take full advantage of these enhancements, we work hard to provide our students with high-value training that can help them get the most out of their Commvault investment. To help ensure that we’re hitting that mark, we regularly survey our students, in order to get unvarnished feedback on both our courses and our instructors. And we take that feedback very seriously, adjusting both class content and delivery to address the concerns of our students, and to provide training that has a positive impact on the way they work.

In our most recent survey, we asked students to tell us how much of an impact their Commvault training was having on their productivity. A full 94% said that Commvault Training increased their productivity, with more than half of them citing productivity gains of 30% or more! This underscores what we've known all along: Better-trained users get significantly more value out of their Commvault investment, while at the same time reducing their need for Support calls! You can check out these and other interesting stats here.

Your feedback is very important to us, and helps to keep us focused on what's most important to you. So if you happen to receive an email from TechValidate requesting your opinion on your Commvault training experience, please take a moment to let us know how we are doing. We do appreciate it!

MARK PENNY

System Specialist (Infrastructure), University of Leicester

Commvault extends congratulations to Mark Penny of the University of Leicester.

Mark recently passed his Commvault Master Class certification, becoming the latest customer to achieve Master certification, and joining a small but growing elite group who have attained this level.

Mark has been on-board with Commvault for many years. He first started working with the product in 2010 — during the Version 7 days and is currently managing the University’s Version 11 installation. With over 3,000 staff and 22,000 students, the University has more than 400TB of data and 800 Virtual Machines under protection, and they make use of many of the advanced features of Commvault software.

As a result of attending the Master Class event, Mark was able to take an in-depth look at the University’s Commvault installation and make some changes to improve performance.

We’d like to congratulate Mark on his Master Class achievement, and to thank him for all of the time and energy he has invested in Commvault!
