The Commvault® Certified Expert 2020 certification is the highest level of customer certification available. This exam validates an expert level of knowledge in designing, configuring, administering and troubleshooting a Commvault environment. The exam consists of 75 questions and has a time limit of 180 minutes. Passing score of 80% or higher is required. An upgrade exam is available for individuals certified as V10 Masters. An update exam is available for individuals certified as V11 2018 Masters. Before taking the Expert exam the following requirements must be met:

You will have anywhere/anytime access to a running version 11 environment to review Commvault Command Center™ and CommCell® console options and settings, test configurations, and learn about new Commvault features. A lab guide is included to guide you through various features and configurations of Commvault® software. The CVLab shares a common console with our Education Advantage (EA) portal and is accessible 24-hours a day up to the amount of connect time purchased.
